Gifts:
Received a gift? If it was marked as a gift at purchase and sent directly to you, we'll issue a gift credit for the return value. If it wasn't marked as a gift, we'll refund the original purchaser. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about the return.

While we currently ask customers to cover return shipping costs, we're exploring options to make this more convenient. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns over $75.
