Then, press the on/off button on the controller(attached to the USB cable)until the light indicator illuminates.

Step4:Adjust Settings
Use the buttons on the control to customize your session:
Temperature:Select from five heat levels to suit your comfort and therapeutic needs.
Timer:Set your desired session duration using the timer function.

Step5:Wear the Mask
