Works great but short cord

I recently got it and have been using the mask a few days out of the past 2 weeks. I love it so far for home use. Now I can finally give my eyes some TLC since I stare at multiple screens all day. It truly helps me to fall asleep faster. I like the 3 heat functions and the quartz help put a little weight on it and I like that feeling and the warmth makes me relax right away. I wish it has more of a lavender scent but I will use a linen spray on it. My only wish and why it's not perfect yet is that the cord is too short from the wall outlet. Furthermore, when I tried to use my portal USB powered supply, it does not work as it would be on for a little bit to recognize the charge but does not sustain the charge so no connection made. I was hoping to travel with it on short flight by using my existing power source to get in some shut eyes because not all planes will have outlet for charging. I would recommend to make a retractable cord to allow user to extend the cord longer for wall outlet and make it short for personal travel using the portal power source. Since I didn't buy the portable battery, I'm not sure if it is made just for the unclog mask or can it charge other devices as well. I certainly don't want to carry extra portal batteries for each devices I own. I was hoping the USB connection was universal but the mask did not work with two of mine portable battery.

I loved the eye mask! It was very comforting to my eyes and helped with the dry eye. Unfortunately, they quit working after 5 months. Very expensive for 5 months use.
